Antique Cylinder Pocket Watch Movement with Gold Dial

19th Century pocket watch movement with cylinder escapement, early bar layout. Unfortunately it is not working as the balance is broken and wobbly.

The dial is manufactured from gold and has a lovely decorative finish, unsure of purity here and the dial has not been removed to see what is behind.

Marks from wear and storage and a lovely piece for the collector of gold dialled movements.

Measures 31.8mm across the dial in diameter.
