DEFINITIONS

In these terms and conditions, the words below have the following meanings:
‘we’, ‘our’, ‘us’ means Vintage Watch Parts.
‘Seller’ means Vintage Watch Parts.
‘you’, ‘your’ means the customer.
‘Buyer’ means the customer.
‘Product(s)’ means any goods available to the customer.
‘Conditions’ means these terms and conditions.

PRIVACY POLICY

We do not store credit/debit card details nor do we share customer financial information or contact details with any third parties. Please read our Privacy Policy page separately for more information.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Full payment is required before dispatch of goods.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders prior to delivery and we will refund the payment you have made. We will only cancel orders in the event an item is accidentally out of stock or damaged.

Deliveries will be made via Royal Mail, Parcel Force and Hermes.
All goods leave us in perfect condition. By signing for the package you are accepting that they are still in this condition. Please do not sign for damaged goods, in the event of this happening, inform us immediately.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE AND RETURNS

We have every confidence in our products, however, if you are in anyway dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it at your cost (which for overseas customers must include all UK customs clearance formalities) within 14 days upon receipt of the order.

We ask that you take care in opening your items, returns will only be accepted if they are in their original packaging and are in an unused, resalable condition. Please ensure that returned goods are sufficiently packaged, protected and are sent by recorded delivery. We are unable to refund items that are damaged or lost in transit.

Please note: many of the items we sell, specifically watch movements or faulty watches/pocket watches are sold as faulty and described as such. We endeavour to describe every fault in as much detail as possible to help you make an informed decision prior to purchase.

We will then decide on action based on the individual circumstance.

GENERAL

The purchase of products from Vintage Watch Parts will be a contract made in England. Any dispute will be governed by English law.
The import of products bought by overseas customers are subject to their own customs, policies,
clearance and any fees. You must comply with all laws and regulations of the county of import.
