We only have the parts that we currently have listed on our Ebay shop. - Can you get X part for me?
Unfortunately not, we sell large collections of parts and do not have access to obtaining specific individual parts. Our suggestion would be to keep a look out on Ebay, perhaps set up a saved search to receive notifications if anyone ever lists a specific part. - Can I buy an item from you directly rather than through ebay?
We prefer items to be bought on Ebay rather than contacting us to buy off site, we do not do this as logistically with how our business operates it is best for all parties to just buy through Ebay. - Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do, we ship all over the world but some countries we are unable to send to due to restrictions. - Can you help me identify a movement?
I wish very much that we had the time to assist with these types of queries, but we unfortunately can’t. The best thing to do is to start with a google search of any markings visible on the movement, using google image search will also help. - Do you accept returns?
Yes we accept returns through the standard Ebay returns policy of 30 days. If you are ever worried about an item being correct before purchasing, please ask us about is on Ebay through the “Ask Seller A Question” option and we will be happy to help. Our returns rate is less than 1%. - Do you repair watches?
Unfortunately we do not repair watches, we are only a supplier of parts.
