Movement is not working, its balance is broken. It has an issue winding too, when wound slightly to test it just quickly unwinds again.

Fusee chain is present and seems secure, will need a good clean. Nice piece for a repair project.

Dial is 44.7mm and movement is 40.55mm approx.
