High quality Piaget calibre 9P wrist watch movement, not working with a broken/wobbly balance requiring at least a new staff and possibly other parts.
Seems to have been exposed to water, evident from rust on parts and some marks to the dial edge.
Time sets correctly but minute hand catches on some markers. Gold crown present.
Serial number on the movement is 640067.
Movement is 20.65mm approx, dial is 20.5mm.
