I believe these came from the Illinois watch case company and were sample pieces.
They came from a large collection of parts and there were around 80 or so of these cases, and each one was different and unique.
They are new and unused but have damage and marks from knocking into each other in storage over the years, totally uncleaned and unrestored, have showed measurements in photographs. Ideal for movement rehoming projects.
Note: none of these have crystals present.
